SALON PAYMENTS: We accept cash, credit or debit card payments. No personal checks are accepted. Payment is due at time of services rendered.
NEW CLIENTS: All new clients must sign a service waiver. Returning clients who have not visited our facility within the previous 6 months must sign a service waiver.
LATE CANCELLATION: If you need to reschedule/cancel, please give us a 24 hr notice so we may offer another guest the availability. Late cancels (less than 24 hrs) will require a 50% deposit for next booking.
NO SHOW: When a guest does not come in for a scheduled appointment, it represents income loss that day. Please call us to let us know if you need to cancel, to allow us an opportunity to offer another guest that time slot. If you no show, a 50% charge for the missed appointment will be added to your card on file or your next service bill.
CONFIRMATIONS: In support of our other guests, and your stylist’s time, please confirm your appointments when we send the confirmation text. A simple click or yes response is appreciated. Your appointment is subject to cancellation if we cannot confirm.SERVICE ADJUSTMENT: We strive to offer our guests the highest level of guest satisfaction. If you are having challenges with your cut or color, let us know within three (3) days of your visit and we will be happy to correct the issue. Additional services may incur extra charges We do not offer any refunds for services rendered.
RETAIL RETURN: We do not accept returns on retail products in the salon. All product sales are final.
WAITING AREA: Our waiting area is limited to clients who are being served. We do not allow companions and/or additional guests to sit in our waiting area while a client is being served.
CHILDREN AND PET POLICY: We love your children and pets. Children receiving services are welcome in the salon. However, we do not have capacity to host children in the salon who are not receiving services. For safety and insurance reasons, we must limit the number of children in our facility at one time. Regarding your pets, it is not State Board compliant to allow pets in the salon. Therefore, no pets are allowed. The only exception is a service pet. Thanks for your understanding.
