• Examples of Personal Information collected: Name, address, phone number, email address, birthdate.
• Purpose of collection: to provide customer support in reference to our VIP membership program and to communicate salon updates, product sales and pertinent information.

• Disclosure for a business purpose: to communicate with you (our client) in an effective manner.

 

Minors

The Site is not intended for individuals under the age of eighteen (18). We do not intentionally collect Personal Information from children. If you are the parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with Personal Information, please contact us in writing at the address below to request deletion.

Terms and Conditions

 

Returns and Refunds:

 

All sales on retail products are final. Please read the labels and inquire with our staff about retail items before purchase.  

 

We will gladly accept the return of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship for 10 days after the date of purchase. Fulfillment mistakes that we make resulting in the shipment of incorrect product to you will also be accepted for return 10 days after the date of purchase. 

 

Shipping Policy Shipping Time — Orders received before 5:00PM (EST) will ship within three business days, provided the product ordered is in stock. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday. We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by J Star Studio Salon or other parties only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability. Taxes on your orders for all retail products will incur a 7% tax rate. As we operate in the State of Georgia. 

 

There are no refunds of any kind for  hair treatment and consulting services or for J Star Studio Salon master stylists.
